Position: Vice President
Location: New York, NY
Salary expectation: $120,000

Alignment Debt Holdings 1, LLC is seeking candidates for the position of Vice President in New York, NY to create and maintain deal flow databases by identifying potential targets and preparing company specific due diligence reports and analysis.

Position requires a Master’s degree in Business or Finance and 2 years of relevant experience as a Financial Analyst, Financial Associate, or Investment Associate.  Prior experience must include financial modelling, financial analysis, investment advisory, deal sourcing, credit analysis, deal structuring, business communication, accounting, and databases such as Pitchbook/Factset, and Certifications in Finance Gym, Financial Modelling and BMC.
